No. You will have 30 days to try out Market Data and see if our data is a good fit for you. At the end of the free trial, you’ll be automatically switched to the Free Forever plan. No credit card is needed to start your trial, so you will never be billed unless you decide to upgrade to a paid plan during your trial.

Yes, and we apply any unused time towards the cost of the upgrade. So there is no risk whatsoever in starting with a Starter plan and then moving to a Trader plan later on. You can upgrade at any time and get a full credit for all the unused time on your Starter plan.
As a rule, we do not offer plans with “unlimited” requests, since we need to provision servers that are capable of responding to our customers’ requests. Offering plans with no limit introduces an element of uncertainty since we never know how many requests our customers could make.
We can accommodate any rate limit, however. If you need more than 100,000 requests per minute, please let us know your use-case and we’ll design a plan that will fit your needs.
