Brand & Trademark Usage Agreement

The Market Data name and logos are trademarks of Market Data SRL. You cannot use the Market Data name or logos in any way that could mistakenly imply any official connection with or endorsement of Market Data. Any use of the Market Data name or logos in a manner that could cause customer confusion is not permitted.

Nonpermitted Uses

This includes naming a product or service in a way that emphasizes the Market Data brand, such as “Market Data Charts”, “Market Data API” or “Market Data Analytics”, as well as in domain names like “marketdatadashboard.com”. Other nonpermitted uses include:

• Modifying the Market Data logo in any way, including changing colors, proportions, or adding effects.
• Using the Market Data name or logo in advertising campaigns or marketing materials for your products without prior approval.
• Additionally, it is prohibited to use our trademarks for financial reports, trading software, or other financial products without obtaining explicit written consent.
• Creating merchandise such as apparel, accessories, or any other products featuring the Market Data logo without consent.

Permitted Uses

Instead, you must use your own brand name in a way that clearly distinguishes it from Market Data. Examples of usage that are permitted include “ACME Trading Platform built with Market Data” or “ACME Financial Analysis Tool – Powered by Market Data”. Other permitted uses include:

• Including the Market Data logo in articles, blog posts, or social media discussing financial data services.
• Using the Market Data logo in reviews of our products or services.
• Using the Market Data logo in video tutorials demonstrating how to use our API or spreadsheet products.
• Displaying the Market Data logo on your website under any of the following circumstances:
  • When showcasing an integration or partnership.
  • As a member of our affiliate program.
  • When linking to our website.
• Referencing Market Data in educational materials or presentations, provided it is clear that Market Data is not the source of the material.
